Production standard:

PVC cable,copper conductor PVC insulation  PVC sheathed round Wire electrical Appliances, instrument and telecom device with rated voltage up to and including 450/750 volts.The main features of the flame retardant cable or wire is hard to catch on fire or that the continuous burning of cables is very limited when it is on fire. It applied to places with special demands for flame retardant property. Flame retardant cable is classified as class A, B or C. Among the 3 class, class A is best, while C worst.
Fire-resistance cable can operate normally for some time when it is burning except that it can transmit electrical power under normal condition. It is used in places with special demands for fire resistance property. Fire resistance cable has two class,i.e., A and B, clients can select any tape of cable for practical needs.
The main characteristics of low smoke, low halogen, flame retardant cable is low smoke emission and low release of FCL gas besides the property of flame retardant.

The cable is manufactured according to GB5023-1997,JB8734-1998 or 227IEC.

Use: the products can be used for power, lighting or telecommunication equipment, household electric appliance, meter and instrument and etc. with rated A/C voltage being 450/750v

Operation characteristics:

A long time working temperature of or below 70C degree is required for all cable or wires, except Model NO BV-90 that can stand temperature up to 90 C degree.

B. temperature should be above 0C degree when laying the cables of wires.

C. bending radius allowed: a minimum 4D is required for cables that have an outer diameter less than 25mm,while other cables have a minimum requirement of 6D.
